I am a member of country vacations since last two years. My membership number is CVBG1BGCLUB5LB140640. They used the age old trick of phoning me up saying that I had won a gift and I had to go to Country Club Sarjapur, Bangalore to receive the same. Once I reached there, Mr Imran(Code VCVKar 1772)along with his colleague Mr Kiran sweet talked me into parting with Rs 75000/- for a ten year membership. The membership card was received after a gap of nearly two months. On going through it, I found that the membership was given only for five years. further I was also promised that my children would be eligible to avail the Country Club facilities on my card. However when they went to the Sarjapur club, they were not permitted to enter the club premises.
To sort out these issues, I have been contacting various people in the organisation, without any result. Their so called esteemed Chairman, it seems has been awarded the best entrepreneur award for fooling and cheating people like me.
To add insult to injury, they have employed a set of call centre employees to incessantly trouble people to pay the AMC, whereas it is clearly indicated in my contract that the AMC is to be paid only if the facilities are used. Till date, I have not availed any of their facilities and I have informed this aspect to them umpteen number of times. Still the call centre people keep pestering me.
In short, this organisation is not only a fraud and cheater entity and it is time all of us those who have been cheated by these unscrupulous people do something to recoup the money lost by us and also expose them to ensure they do not target any more preys.
