Obviously like many people, I was lured into booking vacations in exotic locations and got into CV as a member. To this date, I have never received proper vacations with these guys. They have ASSociate properties which does not live upto any standard. They advertise stating international standards, a big joke. Your vacation plans are a disaster if you go with country vacations.
In hyderabad because it is their head quarters, they have a very good property which you can enjoy. However, in all the property they have rooms allocated to the CV members which are the worse compared to other rooms in the same property.
recently I went to Punarjani resorts which is advertised as Ayurvedic resorts. I went their 29-April-2016 and it was a disaster. It was a lodge accomodation and they do not have any amenities. There is one person managing the entire resort. So he is the receptionist, bell boy, chef, waiter, and "all in all". no one else is there in that place which is in the middle of no where. by the way most of the CV properties are in the middle of no where. so once you reach there, you have difficulty moving in and around if you do not have your own vehicle.
For people who are looking for membership, please do not think of Country Vacations. They will never provide you the place you want and you have to settle for what they have available. And those available are these rotten places that no decent fellow will want to vacation at.
In 3 years since I took membership, I have until today have not enjoyed one vacation with them. what a waste of money going down the time share drain.
If I have more time, I will campaign against them in their office front door.
