I got a call from country vacations saying have got a prize and to come a collect the gift.when we went there they told us there will be a presentation for half a hour and they told us hell lot of benefits and packages and offers.with huge discounts from 170K to 105K India+international for 5 years+ club membership life time+ fitness life time for entire family and major attraction was EMI's by Sravani & Nazia from Kalyannagar branch. Now they are backing up with EMI's and nor I have got any membership card or welcome kit its almost a month.fedup of following up.and when you vissit they hide.
I want them to either cancel and return my mony back are provide the services which they have committed.
