Country club has worst staff .they are worst representative .they are spoiling there brand image . customer will never go back to them.let me start telling u my experience .I am one of the fool who had came across the country club call. one fine day my wife received a call saying she won a gift voucher, she has to just Go and attain the seminar for 45 min.she feel so excited that how can someone give 55k voucher . Sunday was a hectic day for me I was working in office.
Telecaller booked appointment with us for 7:30pm schedule meeting at Korum mall(1st floor country club office). We both reached there. They said presentation will b for 45 min, they will just explain abt their travel package . The presenter took the presentation for almost 2 hours, we we're patiently listening to him. he showed all good sides of country club. afterwards he said his boss will come and discuss about the package . It's up to u if you want to take or not. we were patient . his boss explained us the pricing . and asked which one u will like to go. very politely and respectfully I said " no sir, we haven't came with the mindset of buying ur package" his boss got hyper and said " why not .
You came here u don't know . u made commitment to my staff . my staff explained u for 2 hours and now ur saying no" I replied " he was exapling about his company . He was creating a brand awareness so we're giving respect and listening to him" his boss said " why u peoples come here .are u guys just coming for free voucher . u need to plan for this package " . the hot conversation took almost 30 min " I said we don't want ur free gift or package .we will never come back to country club " and we left after spoiling our 2-3 hours .d
