# FRAUD Begumpet Branch Sales Manager Shiva FRAUD #
I purchased 30 years vacations membership no: CVHYD5CLUB5LB215314 by paying Rs. 2, 30, 000/- to Country club on 3rd Feb 2016. My membership was initiated and processed by Begumpet branch sales manager Mr. Shiva Kumar(Mob: 9951480123) and Mrs Akhila(9703777408).
At the time of agreement, Begumpet branch Sales Manager Shiva and Akhila promised me stating as below.
Free accommodation for one week each year for 30 years in any country club resorts or its tied-up hotels or partner hotels around the world.
Free gold vochures worth Rs.65, 000/-(Mr Shiva promised us to give 75000/- but he gave Sodexo gift vouchers for Rs. 65, 000/- only. we redeemed all the vouchers but got gold worth Rs.55, 000/- worth after deductions due to Gift vouchers in Kalyan Jewellers Somajiguda)
some of promises I noted down below.
Converting total amount to interest free EMI( I paid 2,30,000 rupees)
Free trip worth 6 nights and 7 days) with flight tickets
free Breakfast and dinner at CC resorts.
30 years vacations.
5.Tranfer the membership to others if you are not interested.
- if you are not using vacation for the particular year, we will give 25k for that year.
Complaint 1: None of the above statements made true till date
Unfortunately none of the above said statements were made true by Shiva and Akhila till date.
Complaint 2: 30 years membership is not updated in Country club database till date
I went the agreement thoroughly after reaching home on the day I purchased as the document containing long pages of terms and conditions and I was running out of time while purchasing the product at Begumpet C club. I was surprised to see that none of the pages in the document do contain the details regarding 30 years free accommodation. I called up Shiva immediately to check the same. He asked me to wait for a week to get the system updated with membership details and meanwhile he will take care of the correction in agreement.
After 100s of calls from me and my wife to both Shiva and Akhila and multiple visits to Begumpet customer care office from Feb 2016 to till date, I could not get the agreement corrected for 30 years of free vacations.
For 30 vacation years agreement still they are asking money then I asked to return my money(they told me what ever you can do we will not give single ruppe). After multiple visits to customercare office in Begumpet they are ready to give 20k( I did not accepted,i asked full money return) but remaning 1.4 lakhs they are not ready to give us.They told this is for lifetime club membership(Initially they told me life time CLUB membership is free with 30 yrs vacation purchase).
I'm really frustrated with Shiva's and Akhila's irresponsible behavior and got mental and physical health issues due to them. Kindly fix this issue asap.
Attached all the required documents and screen shots for your reference and take necessary action against Shiva and Akhila.
