1) Please do not believe in Sales person commitments - As company do not hold responsibility. Reflects No core values with either Sales persons or Country Club.
2) Please do not pay before you view / sign the agreement - As all commitments made by Sales Persons are not part of the agreement. There is no welcome kit.
3) No Welcome Kit - Sales Persons will speak of Welcome kit which will have all details and commitments made by them - As such No welcome Kit exists.
4) Customer care - Absolutely non responsive and no escalation process or monitoring of customer care. In short there will be no one who would address customer grievances
5) Absolute Disconnect - There are multiple organizations within Country Club group and no one becomes responsible to address or resolve member issues.
6) Non Committal - Absolutely there will be no written communications from Country Club. Totally Non Committal. Even By customer care . You will keep getting calls only for further investments.
IN VIEW OF ABOVE, I AM ABSOLUTELY A DIS SATISFIDE MEMBER AND SEEK REDRESSAL OF ISSUES OR CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP WITH TOTAL REFUND.
