I have an account at Karve road, Kothrud Branch. I see a lot of difference while comparing with other banks. You can surely get fast, customer friendly service there. It gives pleasure when it opens not only right time but sometimes before time if all the staff present. Absolutely creditable. I have seen few international banks which opens with a standard delay of 5-10 minutes.
A very helpful staff. Preference is given to senior citizens, women with amount of respect for other customers so it is not at all painful but acceptable. Processes are simple to follow and most of the times the priority is given to the end result instead of blindly following procedures. Eg: I have got a call where my signature was not proper but when I confirmed that the payee and amount, they accepted the cheque for payment. This is really caring for customers with following security guidelines as well as avoiding stupid formal stuff.
Since its a small and co-operative bank, they have less no. of services but still they are coming up with ATM, internet banking and other services which is creditable. I have never seen their ATM in "Not working" state in last three years except a couple of times, which is I suppose a good amount of accessibility.
Anytime when you enter, a dedicated person for "May I help you" will welcome you and properly guide you. In short I will surely recommend this bank for satisfied and quality of service.
