I had a very terrible experience at your Airlines Hotel branch. The elder person there was very rude and unpleasant. I had come there with my wife on our anniversary to indulge in the ice cream experience, we had got our all time Fav DBC and were sitting for about an hour and chatting when this ugly elderly person came and ruined our evening only to say that if we were not ordering anything asking us to leave.
That was embarrassing and disgusting. Is that the way you people treat your customers? If we were causing inconvenience by not giving space to other people then the mistake is ours, but this place was almost empty at that time. I think it would be a great idea to improve on some manners at your worker levels and to please teach them some manners how to talk to your loyal customers.
I have been visiting your corner house since you had shop next to galaxy theater. I am a great fan, well its better to say I was a great fan, because of this one experience you have just lost 2 loyal customers. I am very disappointed in the service melted out at your Airlines hotel branch by that elderly guy. He is of my fathers age and no maturity I saw in him. Very sad. They have a very bad taste in showing maturity towards customers, they don't even spare the kids.
They look at kids as though they are devils. I hope the management knows how your so called staff behave. A customer is always the king. If he can love your place, don't make him hate that place. You guys just lost 2 long lasting loyal customers. Adieus corner house.
