I am informing you that am not comfortable in your office work style this cause I have got medical issue. At the joining time you told me only office timing not about teaching style and demo but when I join and after approx. 20-25 days I know your demo style that is hilarious, 45-55 min stand and speak regularly and after that if student not take admission then only I responsible for that, Sir this is the work of counselor not trainer, and counselor take only help of trainer not that trainer stand 50 min. After that your teaching method in 1 and half hour class you give me different student of different technology and teach them like many rule, like sit not front of computer, teach slowly and give practice work, sir in my course has many practical of 1 hour then if I teach only that then you give taunt, I am a trainer not labor who cut the grass. After that you force me wear tie in piping hot summer, and not give time for lunch, I took my lunch only in 10-15 min, and I take my lunch at lunch time means 12:30 then you give always taunt “aap to time se kha lete hai aur hum yha bhooke baithe rehte hai” or “niche 2-2 log 10 min mai lunch kar lete hai”. Then what should I do, in every office a proper lunch time. After this always you give get-together after office time?why? you not want disturb your batches then why are you not understand every one has family time. After teach batches in your spiderman style I got headache so much and to eat fastly and take batch with headache I got chest pain. After all of this I learn ethical hacking and AWS from youtube and same time you give work for make books and syllabus and I have also batch of ethical hacking, and when I make books and sllybus slowely then your way of talking “ aap to yha bus padne hi aaye hai” and “lanat hai aapke padane per”. What the hell of this?. when I came from southex your behavior is polite able that’s why I am not say any thing and handle every thing hardly with a headache. But when I sift in Nawada then you behavior is totally changed. Sir, I am a trainer who only know how to train the student not know about your marketing and extra work(like make book, sllybus). In realty you are a “Meethi churi” which only want a person handle many work, in fact dusting work I see why? There are many trainer who handle many thing because you hire them from fresher level and they not see another office culture .
Actually you want a superman and Spiderman who teach 15 courses, handle many student of different technology in one and half hour, handle all hardware and network, software installation of office, work like a puppet, and always say YES SIR, see dusting, and you say update that technology and after say you give the batch and if got any problem to teach then totally responsibility of trainer.
Kindly hire the only fresher for different technology, because they not understand you and your office culture. Sir I have 9 year experience in so much highly institute, there are different department for different work. I know your institute is good but you give so much work of a person .You are good as a businessmen but just hire more employee, give job hours 9 hrs and give one day for rest and make proper batch .may be you are good in your place but I know the work culture of offices. At the last I say only one thing “YOU ARE NOT THE TEA OF MY CUP”. For legally action I want inform you the bond system is not legal in india . I don’t want that, sir employee want respect, not headache.
