My car Alto 2005 model went to Competent Automobiles, Gurgaon at the body shop as there was some dent on the right side door.

          

The

person incharged for this work "Santram" promised me that everything will be fine and the car will look as a new car and he gave me fixed date for the delivery of the car which was 15th January, 2008.

          

I went on 15th to take my car but what I noticed was the the coolant tank was empty, the water level in the battery was half. He asked for some Rs. 1000/- for getting some extra work done in my car which I paid (rS. 700/-) to him outside while taking the test drive.

          

So far so good. The next day I noticed that the rubbering of one of my window glass been wrongly fitted. After calling at Competent it was promised to me by this gentleman ’Mr. Santram" that car will be picked up from my office i.e. Signature Towers, gugaon as I work with Unitech Limited.

          

Today is 21.01.2008 but till now nothing has been done.

          

All the people who is reading this column ’PLEASE BE CAREFULL BEFORE GIVING YOUR CAR AT COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES, GURGAON".

          

I HAVE ALREADY SUFFERED FROM THEM, DO TAKE UTMOST PRECATUTIONS WHILE SENDING YOUR CAR AT COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES. IF YOU ARE DOING THEN BE CAREFULL OF THE STAFF.
