I am pregnant and it is a high risk pregnancy. I was feeling very heavy. I called up my doc at columbia asia in brigade gateway, and the doc said fluid could be more and asked me to come in. As my husband was at work, we had to go by auto instead of car. Me and my mom made it by auto, to the entrance on Dr. Rajkumar road, before orion. We used to go in by this entry every time but by car.
It was then a nightmare as the security guard does not allow auto. I told him i was a pregnant patient at the hospital. I begged that i am unable to walk. I showed them the columbia asia file, but they just did not allow our auto .
I cried but in vain.
Only cars…or taxi . Or walk or go around searching for some other entrance kms away.We lost the battle. What if somebody is having a heart attack? I was denied cart as they are for residents only.
Columbia Asia management called me after this and promised to take action. But nothing has been done so far.
Here is a suggestion for you. In case you have an emergency. If u cant walk. Request any car that is going inside for lift. Autos don't look good inside brigade gateway.
