Really it is just a consultancy.No bench no development centers.While joining they will give you lots of hope like long term project but on the day project over in client side your job gone.Job security zero.
With a headcount around 12000 as per them, i just fooled with this and joined.Wish I could have opted other opportunities.
You are going to work on client side on day one .At least I was expecting some interview calls arranged by them but no.
