This review is based on my personal experience. 3 months back I came across the vacancy in Collabera Vadodara office and liked to join looking at the job title and package offering. I forwarded my resume and was scheduled for Personal interview by one of the company recruiter.
Till morning of the interview date, the recruiter was following up for the same position I have appled for. In the noon when I visited their office for interview, the HR person who conduct the personal interview asked me to join as recruiter instead of the designation I have applied for. On inquiry about the position that I applied, he replied that that position is aleady filled a day before and not available any more.
Can you believe it? The company that could not stand on their offer even before conducting the interview, how they can guarantee the job security and compensation. Further, their recruiters lie to aspiring candidates.
I would recommend better go with less known company who is reliable for your carrier goal. Compare to such bluffing organisation.
