This book is mind-numbingly exhausting. The plot appears to be so encouraging - youthful beaus torn separated by war before they even had an opportunity to start, so he works his way the nation over back to her side - yet Frazier invests more energy clarifying the family history of wild herbs than recounting anything taking after a story. This book should've been known as The Single Young lady's Manual for Homestead Living: How To Make Do When Your Nectar Has Hummed Off. Furthermore, every-other page, another side character is presented, clarified and given free rein to recount their whole biography. It's all equitable. excessively, yet insufficient of the correct stuff.
I say this a great deal, I'll concede, however in the event that this book was half as long, it would've been twice as fascinating.
