Lousy service, bad products and high prices.
Like Pascucci and Barista more.
Pascucci probably has very limited stores but Baristas are everywhere. However once McDonalds is there in every street corner in India, their Mac Coffee which is available at half the prices of Coffee Day will give serious competition to all high priced donghis like Coffee Day.
Pascucci has pizza baking oven in their facilities and their pizza and other snacks and ice creams are very good.
