I have been addicted to coffee for last couple of years. And prefers Cafe coffee day and Barista.
The experience with cafe coffee day is getting worse day by day. And finally I have decided not to have coffee at Cafe Coffee day.
First, the good thing: I like cafe coffee day for the good old cappuccino since last 12 years.
Take away is fine, but the experience of sitting and having coffee at the place is becoming worse. These are the reasons why I would not like to have coffee there. Some of this is particularly to do with 12 Sec, Dwarka, New Delhi Cafe.
1 - At many times, air conditioner does not work.
2 - Cofffee is served too cold. You have to tell them to serve hot. Even then, they make it too cold.
3 - Cold coffee and shakes are frozen. So, if you take your kids along, you wouldn't want such chilled drink for them. Even after telling them that it should not be freezing, they serve purely frozen ones.
4 - Many items are not available, even though they advertise.
5 - For times, when cold shakes are too cold and you are getting late, or you have kids who want to take it along, they don't give paper/ plastic glass even if you are willing to pay extra.
6 - For serve, they don't give you sufficient tissues or sugar. So, you have to always ask them to provide that.
7 - All this for a hefty price, does not go well.
At the end, you have a bad experience. So, have only hot take away, but don't sit and drink coffee or any cold drink there.
