After waiting for half an hour we were informed about non availability of the ordered food??? then after waiting for another 30 mins for the other ordered product we were told that the section has been closed for the day n we need to shift upstairs just for a single drink??? We insisted to sit on the same table then another disappointment came our way. We were served a drink which was not ordered at all??? Still we agreed to have the drink which was served. After 10 mins we were served the 3rd drink which was ordered initially n later cancelled???when we asked for the manager we were told that Ms. Shivani, the Manager is not available???When we asked for the feedback book they denied. Then when we insisted they gave us a torn page from the visitors book to write our comments on it????
We were not the only disappointed customer for the day. there were may be others who were complaining. Yet the staff was least bothered n non courtious. They did not have any apologies from their side at all. They were rude instead. I'll never suggest ccd FC road Branch to any of my friends.
