A very expensive diagnostic centre with one of the worst staff (very similar to govt. hospital staff)

The management nor Dr.Praveen is interested in responding to any feedback given.

Reason possibly could be that they are getting business by paying hefty commission to doctor’s in and around jayanagar.

In brief
- Pathetic care for the patients.
- Expensive
- Very Rude Staff
- No Response to any feedback

AVOID IT if you can, for the price they are charging you can get yourself checked in some of the best hospitals around south bangalore.

This Lab might have been made with a sole intention of making money (business venture & commission oriented) rather than service to humanity.
This lab is only for the rich who have surplus money to throw around. NOT FOR common people.

Analysis of your diagnostic centre
- you respond to the feedback given by your patients (Not reponding to feedback is a clear indication of Arrogance and Irresponsibility)
- Please do a check of your staff behaviour like your lab examining patients.
- You have a noble profession of treating humans, suggest you and your staff are courteous and cordial to your patients.
- Your staff should learn the simple word "SORRY".
To all Doctor’s in reading :
Please for the sake of commission do not send to labs like clumax where they are neither courteous nor cordial to your clients.
Hope you all understand a word of mouth can become stronger than any amount of money.
