Horrible experience. I had taken my 4 year daughter for a regular child check up. In the pamphlet it was mentioned 2500 rs with consultation.
The list of test was mentioned. I agreed and PaI'd for the test. After some of the test they come and tell me I have to pay extra for stool test, when asked why they told me that was old pamplet, but they did not inform me earlier, they had told me all the test which are being mentioned will be done.
This is cheating, no coordination among staff. MONTOUX test was done, for that we have to go back to lab after 48 hours for inspecting that portion.
But these people told me come after 24 hours, this indicates how serious they are about their job. when asked why they informed the told staff is inexperienced, so who is at loss. When asked about Xray they made us to wait, and later they just hand out the film without any report attached to it. So people be aware before going there, earlier people were professional but not now. Read all the other reviews written by other people. I have completely wasted my time and money for stupid people. Would give negative rating but there is no option. To say actually they do not even deserve any rating
