Even after taking appointments you have to wait long time to get your test done. For an MRI screening that I get done every year.
They charged 3000 more this time saying that as per Management Policy if doctor has written MRI screening of whole spine we will charge you otherwise if its not written, we give it complimentary.
We asked to get that policy copy and in written from HOD. The HOD was smiling and saying no sir that is not possible and this is how we do things here.
They cheated us by charging more for MRI screening. They were also not ready to reimburse that amount in terms of coupons that we can use for other tests.
How can it be a management policy that if doctor has written MRI screening of whole spine they will charge 3000 otherwise they will give it complimentary?
It is the worst experience I have had with any diagnostics. I will never step my foot in Clumax Diagnostics even if I don't have any other option.
