I am a club Mahindra red memeber since 1997 from Kochi in Kerala .By selling for more and more, I find it almost impossible to get a booking in any of their resorts even if you try 2 -3 months in advance.But they offer complimentary stays for non members and it is easy to get booking if you pay upfront anytime.This is nothing but cheating.I am in a fix now.I paid more than Rs 2.5 lakhs for the membership and am paying Rs 10000 a year in addition as maintanence for this non existent sevice.Club Mahindra cant continue like this cheating people.Following an email promotion on launch when i tried for a booking for December in Thekkady in the month of October no rooms were available.How that can happen.Another interesting fact was that they were blocking the peak season of December for probably upfront paying nonmembers as where ever I tried no rooms were available till 5 th of Jan.How it happens across the board?Either they should stop taking new members or they should increase their capacity immediately,otherwise the DREAM HOLIDAYS PROMISED WILL REMAIN A DREAM
