I recently toured through club Mahendra in kerela . For the club Mahindra, they have separate rooms for club members which is unfair I believe. The rooms are not sea facing and dirty. The food is on us, so it tastes better than the room I guess on a lighter note.
Club should discuss regarding customers satisfaction with there channels partners regarding such issue to avoid in the future. Apart from the rooms offered, rest of the things are great and I am happy with other offering of the club. Also, they should extend there partnership to other weekends destination near west bengal or kolkata. The goa resorts are great and luxurious, but same kind of treatment is lacking in kolkata.
