If your planning to become a member of Club Mahindra Holidays then don't make that mistake. They will promise you everything before taking the membership but once your a member the promises are breached. I joined Club Mahindra 10 years ago and at that time they said that the room will have a kitchenette. And only for my first holiday there was a kitchenette, after that all it had was a microwave and a kettle.
On my first holiday there were no charges for the buggy which took us to the room from the reception. But this year when I visited Binsar and as we opted to stay in the villa our cottage was on a hill and they said that our vehicles aren't allowed there. They said only their vehicle was allowed and there would be charges for that. Then what was the purpose of me taking my vehicle and paying for both.
The resorts are not in the city limits so we are forced to have food in their restaurant and the food is very expensive. Only the accommodation is free, all the other other facilities like extra bed, cycling, boating etc. are chargeable. To make the bookings you have to book it 4 months in prior and that to within 1-2 hours on the day of the opening for the bookings. You can't book alternate resorts if ur booking status is in waiting list. They will try to loot you in all the possible ways. Once u entry their resorts you can't leave without paying money.
