This was my second experience with Cloudnine. Two years back I had a baby boy, and this time, it is a girl. Though, last time the hospital was not as superb as it was this time; it was still far ahead than other hospitals.
Back then, we were not too sure about their packages, so we skipped them and went ahead with regular service. However, spending time there during pregnancy and interacting with other expecting mothers I realized what all I missed. So, I was quite sure if I became pregnant again I would be coming to Cloudnine and avail their maternity care package.
Thus, this time, we availed their silver luxury package. The package included consultations, nutrition and physiotherapy sessions, coupled with a planned diet, lactation counseling, and much more. What I most enjoyed during the care were the little surprises that only enhanced my happiness. Their staffs surely know how to keep the patient stress-free and cheerful.
They even lived up to their promise of a prenatal fitness session and parental workshop. We even won the monthly lucky draw once. Moreover, they made arrangement for a baby shower that was so cherishing and even decorated our car to help us announce our joy to the world.
There were some anxious moments too when I had developed little complications because of the continuous position changes of the baby, but the expert OB/GYN ensured everything went smoothly. In fact, someone from the support staff was beside me all the while. I cannot thank you guys enough for giving me courage during such a phase.
