My baby was delivered on 03rd Jan 2016. I will tell you few of my experience in cloud nine Whitefield branch. I heard lot about old airport road branch from my friend and colleagues and opted for Whitefield branch in assumption that it will also be good.
Start itself was not good. I had booked a bed during 6th month itself. Jilsi ( center mAnasultanger) had assured me based of services and top of that few additional services e.g. workshop, some personalized sessions with specialists but having regret to say that they had provided NO services. From admin side they are worst in communication and heigene activities. Few are below-
Linen/Bedsheets were not changed for 3 days, I am sure everyone will be looking to change linens for patients everyday.
Initially they had provided soaps, toothbrush etc for patients like in hotels and later after 3-4 hours it was stolen
Patient's food is to be provided by hospital cafeteria but they are neither having any coordination with dietician or any hospital staffs, even quantity was also not sufficient for the patient.
On 6th January night only one nurse was available whole night for 5 deliveries. she also got irretared when
we are calling for any help to patient
- I had opted for Gitre test which admin guys have told you will get report after 20 days. I was aware from my friends that it takes approx 45 days so I conveyed same. Irrespective of that they told you can collect after 20 days. After a month I visited hospital to collect report but not they told it takes minimum of 45 days. So one thing os pretty clear. cloud nine staffs are not trained at least it is true for whitefield center.
I have communicated same to center mAnasultanger JILSI too. but nothing on ground. even they gone to such an extent that they offered a gift as a compensation for the complains that I had made. haha.
If anyone of you whoever is reading this and choosing to whilefield center go at your own risk.
This center doesn't have scanning center too which I personally felt is another major gap. In case of emergency requirement of scanning they are having tie up with some vendor which is 1 kolometer away from hospital.
One good part about this center is its nursing staffs and doctors are good but admin is worst, certainly you are not aishwaryasingh23ing huge amount for such ignorance from admin side. I have written all these things into their feedback form too.
