I recently had a very bad experience at Cloud Nine OAR when I had to approach them for an emergency condition in the morning.
They made me wait for 2 hours before a doctor at the emergency care attended to me. Had to get a scan done and in spite of them calling the department directly I was made to wait for 2 hours again. Upon informing them about the emergency they replied stating that another emergency patient is waiting since morning. Well, is that any good anyway!
Once done with the scan I was waiting for the doctor to attend to me. This whole wait time would have costed me my life but luckily I am here writing this review.So I finished with whatever I had to and was sent back home immediately and the pain was back in no time and I had to be rushed to the Manipal Hospital where the staff at the emergency took good care of me and was admitted there for further observation and was sent back home after 2 days only after confirming whether everything was alright.They advised for further followup which is very much required for such a case.
I would not recommend anyone with a severe emergency condition to go to Cloud Nine at any point. They dont care about the life of a patient but only about money.It is a five star birthing place for people with no complications.Else go to any good hospital.
