I have been going to Cloudnine for my wife's pregnancy. We have been seeing Dr Modhulika Bhattacharya. She is an amazing doctor, very empathetic and honest. She listens to your problems and current conditions and then gives her recommendations. I would recommend her anyday. No useless tests and always keeps her suggestion to the point.
But the reception is nothing like that. The staff is not polite and courteous. Just forget the way they manage things. Even after having slotted appointments there is no particular order in which the patients are sent. And this is not a one time experience. I have seen this happen everytime I have been there.
But, they are way better if you compare them to Dr. Sailaja Vallabhaneni. One of the worst, in fact the worst doctor I have met. We were late for an an NT scan appointment by half an hour, and after waiting for an hour after making the payment, her staff comes and tells us to reschedule the appointment as she won't be seeing us. That too this was on a weekday and we had taken leaves from office. And just to mention, we had to wait for 2 hours for our early pregnancy scan as she was stuck in traffic supposedly. And even after being second on the appointment list, we were 5th to go in.
On top of that, she has never bothered to explain the scans or make the patient comfortable. Very rude and egoistic lady. Calling her a doctor is disgrace to the profession.
All these things have led me to switch to Motherhood, Indiranagar, which I have felt is better. But this shows inspite of having good doctors, few ladies like Sailaja can hamper the reputation of a good hospital.
