Moisture Balancing Shampoo

Rarely do I find a shampoo available at the store that I actually appreciate. I generally, make my own shampoos and soaps, but one afternoon while out of town I was in a deep need for a shampoo.

I have always trusted Clairol for ’’dying my hair’’, so I decided to give them a try in the shampoo department.

I opened the bottle and was quite pleased with the aroma. I put a touch on my fingertip, rubbed it gently, wiped it off and was pleased I didn’t get that slimy/greasy feeling like other shampoos had.

For the low price of 2.49 I was also pleased.

It lathers great and rinsing it out was no problem. It didn’t leave my hair heavy feeling or gritty feeling. It was pleasant feeling.
When my husband gave me a hug, he mentioned that my hair smelled delicious and asked what I had used. When I mentioned it was a store bought shampoo, he was surprised that I had found one that was ’’not soapy’’ smelling.

I still make my own shampoos, but I also do have a bottle of Clairol by my tub for the whole family to use.
