Message Dated 04.11.2013. This message is for the Members of City Group Investors Association( CGIA) Mumbai - only.
As per the earlier message dated 05.09.2013 we had informed you that the Supreme Court had asked the lawyers of Masood to conduct the meeting with the investors and settle the matter within four weeks. Accordingly the Advocates along with the representative of Masood had called for the meeting which was attended by some of the members of Association, but there was no discussion of settlement of money and the advocate and representative of Masood only took the list of the members showing the total amount of claim of our CGIA members.
On 7.10.2013 the Supreme court had given time to the State of Maharashtra and our Advocates to file the reply. Now the matter will come up on 11.11.2013. Our advocates will put the facts before the Supreme Court that Masood and his advocates have till date not settled the matter of CGIA members. We have send a important message to all the members of our Association on 01.11.2013 on their mobiles. kindly comply with the same.
