Claim Submittion for Liquidation of City Realcom. Review on City Limouzines

I am one of the investors in Citi Realcom. The submission of Claim is pretty simple

Step 1 – Visit the Liquidators office at : 5th Floor, Bank of India Building, Main Branch , Fort, Mumbai.

Step 2 – Move straight to the last desk in the office

Step 3 - Take a form 66 which is given without any documents.

Step 4 – Fill in the information . ( A sample of the form and how to fill it is stuck on the cupboard close to the desk.)

Step 5 – Once the form is filled, Walk downstairs and go to the court next to the Bank of India Building.

Step 6 – Take a copy of the Form 66 which you have just filled.

Step 7 – Pay Rs.100/ to the advocate who will Notarize your form 66.

Step 8 – Come back to the counter where you collected the form 66 first ( Liquidator office) and submit the form attached with all the copy of the documents e.g.COPIES ( the Agreement , Certificate, receipts and whatever proof you have.)

Step 9 – They would stamp the copy of your form 66 with an acknowledgement number .

It can’t be simpler than this.
