I spent Rs 30000 in greed to get air tickets. I was selected for the ticket. But, no ticket offered yet.
Air ticket not received after winning the fly for sure offer...
Citibank even not replying ..my mails It’s a sort of cheating with me.
After being selected for fly for sure offer, I was sent a form to fill the details of journey. I had sent the filled form and still having xerox of the documents. No reply came from Citibank after that.
Now, when my patience was out of control, I wrote the matter in the citibank portal.
In reply to that, citibank executives replied that they have not received the form.
what..rubbish
A few days earlier, I called citibank to say that I am very serious for the matter, then a citibank executive confirmed that he would try his best to do what he can.
But, again no reply came from Citibank
better called Shiti Bank
Hey Shiti bank, send me the air tickets for the journey I have planned earlier.
Else, I am ready nowadays to drag this Shitibank into consumer court.
So ..be fast and get the problem solved by offering me the air tickets to and fro from Delhi.
