Iam with them past 6 months. Wide acceptence is there for city cards but they are very expensive. for every thing they char like any thing. Never enroll any citi bank insurence

- they will fore you some time they will enrol you automatically check you statment
carefully. becoz iam an example. they offerd me health insurenc for my parents.
i okd then they charged service charge extra ( 400 rs per 4,000 health insurence.)
that i never know!!!!. ok charging my card they told me - will get papers with in 1 month.
i waited for that after 25 days they asked me medical test reports ( of worh 1800 per parents) of parents. initally they told no papers required but later they chaged their mind. hummmm that to after charging my card. then i sent all reports. surprise you know what happend ’’ sorry we lost your reports -------’’ ****** then no answer from me and i cancelled insurence and iam in around 2000/- lose.
this citi bank cards are expensive and useless
