I am a citibank credit card customer for last 16 years and have been a regular user of their credit cards. And if Citibank is able to make a fool of an old customer like me then what to say about new customers.
Citibank had come up with Fly for Sure offer in Q4 of 2005 where if you spend Rs 30000 in that quarter one free air ticket for your choosen destination and date will be given. I applied for this offer in february and gave 3 options for travel dates in april.
Its 4th April now and still have not received eith yes or no call from them. I had planned my leaves according to those dates but till today, despite calls to them, I do not know whether I have the ticket or not. Hope Citibank will not make such mistakes in future where a die-hard fan of citibank credit card is forced to think otherwise.
