I could not agree with the comments on this more. I think all of us who have received the form are going through the same issues. Out of the three destinations, i had asked for, none were available. Out
of the dates i wanted, none were available. And the ones that were, had return after 2-3 weeks. I too had asked for one way for 2, and if i could get my return ticket, to which of course they did not agree. Finally we setteled on a date and destination, but they refused to give any info on the flights. The WIPL did not know what they were doing. Each executive had a different answer for my query. I could not plan my onward journey and thus called them to cancel my application, about a month back. Am yet to hear back from them. Wonder what Citibank is trying to prove here.
I have now planned my trip on my own convinience, the dates and destination i wanted ! i think we are better off without the inconvenience they have to offer
