Yes, Citibank services are the worst ever I have seen in my life span. I got silver card and this is really a pain for me, they are charging like anything it is so funny to notice that the ninimum amount
would around 300 or 400 to pay, but the late fee will be 500 !!
I would be grateful if any one can help me how to tackle this situation, I fee like withdraw money from the card and keep myself shut.
This site has give me a chance to speeka my mind, I would be a regular member for this from now as I would like to share each and everything which I face with this bank. I am going to meet the bank authority to get the clarification about my charges. Moreover there is no proper itimation of the interest charges on the purchases. The person who took my details said that there will 2.5% Interest charge, however, when I see my statement it said 3.10%, this is really aweful.
I somehow want to complain about this, as this is causing me lot of mental torture and sick.
