I am using Citibank credit cards for 4 and 1/2 years and I am very satisfied with its services and offers.I started in September,2004 with a Citibank silver card and now I am holding its Platinum card
for 1 month. Citibank provides online facility of card upgradation, your account details, online bill facilities, which are really very good ; and above all, they have a very good customer care service to help you.Whenever I have applied for a Citibank card, whether it is first time application or later upgradation of card, it never took more than 7 days for the card to reach me.But Citibank cards lacks in providing more frequent shopping offers than other bank cards provide.I have 3 other banks credit cards- ICICI, Standard Chartered and ABN-AMRO also But I think, Citibank card is the best card to use based on my credit card experiences of last 4+ years.
