Earlier when credit card system was started, it was said that credit cards are for tension free life but now we can say give tension to life.
We didn’t want to opt with Citibank card
as we already had other cards but you know these marketing persons. Result was : We went for this card Earlier everything was going smooth as we were getting all the bills on time & we were paying always-full amount in time.
Then one month we did not get the bill & we did not pay attention to it Reason you know this busy life. We came to know when we got two bills together by POST .One was of previous month & other was of current month with added interest etc.
Earlier we used to get the bills by courier. This time post! You know our postal department. We generally get our postage once in a month. Moreover, we cannot do anything with these government people.>Anyway, we called to customer help & tried to convince them that it was not our fault.But those charges were not waved off. Next time again we got that added money we called them again. The result was: we stopped to use the card after paying the amount we spent that month minus those added amount.We also E-mailed them but did not get reply. We called them so many times.Sometimes they talked very badly. We are getting the bills each & every month with added more money each time. The bill only contains the money added by them only.While talking them some one said one person would come to you, give him payment of minimum amount then it will stop. We did the same. It is continuing even thenWe do not know what to do now.
