I have a CC from Citibank. It is a shoppers stop co-branded card. I did not receive my statement for oct that i havenot received it and i did not realize till i got my nov statement today. I called them
up immediately and they told me they do not have the delivery details for the oct statement. which also confirms that i have not received the statement.
Can they really charge me interest for oct even though i have not received the bill? and they are proof themselves of it.
the customer care officer was rude and said i should have called if i dint get the statement. is there anything i can do? its quite ridiculous if i have to follow up for every bill for the number of different products and services i use. in addition to my work now i will hav to keep a tab on 3 mobile bills, 2 cc bills, electricity, interrnet, cable... I will have to call them up, stay on hold,verify my details and then have some rude officer talk to me like she were doing me a favor.
