Very bad service and while issuing credit card they told lots of offers and cash back but they is no such kind of offers came to my account and not I just want to convert my balance into EMI. I called the customer care one girl pickup and she told me that there is no such kind of offer in my Account and I asked for her to figure out some other options and she keep on repeating the same thing that I dont have offer in my Credit Card, Then I requested her to speak to her manager and he is not ready to speak with me only, Such a pathetic service these customer care people's are giving to customer and today I really felt bad for saying such a thing CITIBANK Customer care service is worst service I had in my life.
And I am really surprised that I cant convert my balance into EMI CITIBANK worst service and procedures.
