I would like to understand why citi bank maintain unfair hidden charges. I m using a citi Cred824it card. Out of 40, 000 INR pending aishwaryasingh23ment, I have paid 30, 000 before the due date and remaining 10, 000 a week later after the due date. But citi charged me intrest @50% per annum on the total 40, 000 amount and also on the new transactions I made the next month which are yet be billed. This is completely unfair and citi bank will never inform this to the customers before taking the Cred824it card. Please inform the customers about your unfair policies so that customer would go for other banks which usually maintains a fair transparent policies.
