Hi Friends, Citi Bank: I have a account in this bank and I was trying to close the credit card of citi bank, I have given the total amount of cheque and dropped into nearest Citi bank ATM. Cheque has been bounced and they were saying there was not sufficient balance in the account.But How would I know that I don't have sufficient balance. One should tell me or should get some notification. Then again they have charged for cheque bounce+ late payment+ some extra charge were there. I was on call for more than 1 hour with them, still no resolution I got. The request number they have given me was not exist when I have called again to customer care.I suggest you to think about bank before banking with them.
