Worst bank ever, it will pull you into poverty... Review on Citibank

I have been using citibank credit card since 4 years and also other bank's 2 credit cards since almost same time, trust me citibank sucks big time.I have opted for citibank credit cared after so many calls from one of their executives at my office.I have chosen this bank simply relying on their name.but realized in few months that their policies are all would benefit the bank only.and also very stubborn and arrogant customer service executives would not consider any requests made by you and just go with the adamant nature of the bank.I was ready to pay the entire amount if can be converted into an EMI option.but they were very obdurate and not allowing me to go for it in spite of many polite requests.looks like what they want is just customers to keep on pay the interest amount.I agree they are here to make business but what I found with Citibank in India is they are very commercial and mercenary.I would recommend this bank only to my enemies.I badly repent my decision going for Citibank and would never ever have any sort of relationship with them in my future.
