Another unrelated Problem with Citibank with Chase I can view all my cards withi one login for personal I have one log on and for Business another. Citibank seems to have software that is not Unified and makes one sign in to each card individually since their Platforms don's speak to each other. There is No other card company like this. Even the Bofa had my business bank account, personal credit card and business credit card all in one place. Citi also has Different departments for each and every card by login.
I am a jewelry designer and online re seller of jewelry so this makes no sense My Credit score is excellent top rso I don't get what they heck? I Prefer Miles to Business reward dollars anyway so it was no skin off my back but just another what the f. Moment with them. Why did they offer me another card with cash advance feature at the same time I received the Letter from their software area is what they tell me saying'do not try to call us about this, its irrevocable'
My Bill on that has not been high at all so it really baffles me and I Pay my balance in full. I didn't like Chase for My Mortgage which I always paid on time on their credit cards are great all in one place(they Just separate the business from the personal two log ins only!)
