I have a salary account in CITI bank bangalore. I have been using since 5 years. Today I called to customer service to get some emergency information. Citi Bank Interactive Voice Response(IVR) system took almost 30 minutes. '
But still I am not able to get the customer service people. If I visit the office, All bank employees are busy with their work. its very dangerous to have account in citibank. There is no direct call to any officer or customer service people from registered mobile number. Better to keep 0 balance always.Very very. dangerous.
