I am an extremely very much educated customer and when applying for the Citibank/American Airlines card I requested that the operators confirm what he was letting me know with a manager.
He as far as anyone knows did and it ended up being a falsehood. I called to grumble and they "couldn't discover" our discussion regardless of the way that when you call it cautions you that the discussion is recorded.
I offered them two sensible different options for correct the issue and they dismisses both.
I am not astounded that Citibank is being overwhelmed with grievances, claims and fines. They merit the greater part of the above. I was exceptionally content with United/Chase however I expected to make JFK my fundamental airplane terminal so I changed to AA/Citibank.
