I feel this review is:
I have been trying to convert my transaction into a loan the bank promised me this would be done but I keep receiving statements after statements of interest charged and interest payable every month irrespective of contacting them repeatedly this issue has not been resolved they only keep asking the customer to pay the interest on the amount due but do nothing about resolving the issue The customer service people keep calling and harass you to make the payment of interest.One of the person who called actually had the audacity to make the statement that they are charging interest because this is a business for them, Citi bank clearly does not live upto their word and do not help customers but create situations that make you pay them interest even if it a fault from their end.
