First  and foremost i will advise every body please please do not go to goa during the summer months . I just came back from a 5 days visit  from 23rd april to 28th april 2008.
had to go as had to attend a wedding.
Was booked in this hotel by the hosts.
our hosts did the boking  three months in addvance and were very much shocked when they learnt
during their stay that the  hotel is giving better rates to cutomers who even book one room and just walk in guests.
also the worst thing is that  these people have  let out their hotel to  Call centres conferaences and the likes
The worst thing to happen is that their cooling system seems to be very much old and  dying .
This added  pain to our misery.
sorry dear this is not any where near a 5 star... also it definitely does not have the ambience and the feel of a 5 star. All rooms except the suites  were just the bare minimum with old worn out furniture
having that typical french polish and not the melomione which gives the class to the rooms.
VERY ORDINARY MIDDLE CLASS ROOMS

all the rooms  i tried 466 467 and 237 which are superior rooms and they all felt like a middle class hotel with their bathroom pots dirty look and greasey look bathrooms .
THE WORST IS THEIR COOLING SYSTEM WHCIH NEEDS TO BE IMMDTLY REPLACED PLEEEEESE
