I had taken a package for 3 days 4 nights for Goa. We stayed at Cidade de Goa. It is a pathetic hotel. The  management is very poor and so are the services they offer. The hotel management makes no effort to distinguish their services based on the customers they have. The cruise they offer is simply said terrible and no care is taken of the guests. Dont even think about staying at this hotel.
Food is horrible. No value for money, complete waste
They hotel staff leaves you stranded in rain during cruises. The management pays no heed to complaints. People at reception are rude. Bad room quality
Another thing is that the location is very bad. All the tourist spots in  Goa are at the other end of the town.
I wouldnt advise anybody to stay at this place.
