The most important points to be noted while choosing a hotel is its ambience, convenient and safe location, warm and friendly staff and HYGEINE. As far as my experience goes the Taj and Sheraton in India have some of the finest chain of hotels. They truly beleive in creating a             &
nbsp;     "A WOW AT EVERY MOMENT OF TRUTH".
 The customer has to be main focus for the staff. His needs need to be anticipated and what he needs should be delivered to him before he requests for it. This would truly call for a "WOW".
When it comes to the regular customers, the staff should be well aware of his likes and dislikes, his do’s and dont’s and his personal details (eg date of birth, address, office address...................... ). A pleasant surprise always has an open invitation when it comes to a valuable customer.
