i bought a tata safari dicor last december ie 2005 from tayal motors faridabad. It is a real torture since many problems are there right from the day one. Tayal motors give a horrific tortures to its customers because every time i gave my vehicle for service sum or the other problem occured and this november they reached heights when they kept my vehicle for the whole november month just to solve a problem which ocurred rite from the day one.
 
Actually the problem with the car is as soon as the speed reached upto 100 km/hr the check engine light gets switched on and after that you can see a cylcle going past you faster than your car speed. All the pick up dies and it seems we are just driving a bullock cart.

Another problem is with hand brakes which are not upto the mark as it cannot stop a car from when the car is on a slide we have to park the car in the gear.

Other is its back door problem which makes a very irritating noise. Windows also are loose. If one is thinking its a SUV then one is totally wrong. Its been just a year now and and all its bushes had to be replaced and its disc brakes had also gone just putting a big burner because thats in the paid service.

Commitment is a thing they have never heard of. Tayal motors will never deliver your vehicle on date and that if they deliver your vehicle the next day then be ready for some other problem in your car and thank God if the previous work assigned to them is done. If the work is not done they will have a excuse that it was not told despite it would have been written in the job card.

So i advice all of  you not to purchase any tata car since they are a torture for customers also all customers at tayal are facing the same problem . I had a talk with Mr Gaurav an executive of tata motors placed for faridabad but it proved to be of no help. I also dared them with a consumer court case but to avail no solution to my problem. So i suggest all of you to boycott tata products for your satisfaction only and i have pleged not to take any tata car because one torture is enough for me.
